and have Linda and I meet you at the airport! Because you can't possibly miss us!!! We'll track you down one way or the other!!! Tomorrow afternoon, we are off to pick up Liz and Jana.....well, the first poster is done and I couldn't resist sharing it here!!! Can you imagine Linda and I walking around DIA, each of us with 2 posters on rods, bouncing up and down....asking people if they have seen this woman? LOLOL!!!!!
I tell you, we are having too much fun. Of course, I'm still cleaning, getting ready. Today, I swept down the front of the house, cut back all the day lillies, cleaned out the dead flower pots on the front steps (it's already been below freezing here), and took care of a couple hundred other little details like taping down electrical wires, putting more lighting in the garage, finding fuel for the fondue pots......it just never seems to end!!!But I managed to finish my Friendly Plastic Mosiac. Using the same technique that I did yesterday, where I melted strips of black together to form a big rectangle piece, then placed the inchies on top of it. Very dimensional.....very bright and vivid!
The tiles are 100% Friendly Plastic as is the black background. Used Pinata inks on all of this. Gorgeous, yummy colors!!! Tonight, we're going to Beaujo's Pizza tonight - best pizza in all of Colorado. Called a "mountain pie". Yummmmm!!!!

I'm glad you only have one of those fabulous posters done. I don't think you should bother yourselves with the other one. It just looks like way... way... way... too much work. LoL...

I think I can hear the laughing at DIA all the way to my house in Colorado Springs! :-D What a day you will have! Oh... and Beau Jo's... seriously awesome pizza! We used to have them in my town but they all closed. Fortunately for us, there's one in Ft Collins, where Daughter goes to college. We stop every time we visit her. Excellent choice for an excellent day! Have fun with everything!!!
