26 Letters

With only 26 letters, we can write all the words we want. When you stop to consider that....it's a bit amazing! I found this box at a thrift store for $2.00. I forgot to take a photo before I started, but it was all olive green and yellow. Pretty yucky looking. But my mind can see things altered before I even start in on them:

I love these glittered chipboard letters. Picked them up at Scrapbook Your Life!

And you have to look closely to find the gorgeous piece of sequened lace that I found at the Berry Patch in Niwot CO - just love that store!

Is this just a fantastic way to store all my loose letters?  Plenty of squares so each one holds a different letter - I can find them easily and pull out what I want to use.

And with 2 lower drawers - lots of room to store scrabble tiles, wood letters, beaded letters.....

It truly is amazing to me all the different cuts/looks you can get from this one piece of Heidi Swapp paper.  Her design for this piece is truly amazing.  And so much fun when you take a white pen and a brown pen and start adding to the fun that she created!

I promise, I'm coming to an end of what's going on my wall of art.  Some of it is already hanging....just a little more to go.  I know that it will inspire me and I'm hoping that others who visit and see it will love it as much as I do!!!

This is blog # 492 for me. I do think I've used my 26 letters a whole lot! Hope you have enjoyed all of them!!!

I don't know where you find these things. I've been looking for a box like that for several years. Nice find Jen...and beautiful job on altering it...as always.
