Painting Friendly Plastic

First, do your background with alcohol inks or pinata inks.

Next, dip a paintbrush into 91% rubbing alcohol. Use a fine tipped paintbrush. Paint a design.

Then dip the paintbrush in a solid color of ink and paint over the design.



To make the dots, barely touch down with the tip of a fine paintbrush dipped in rubbing alcohol:


It looks a bit like watercolor paint....but it's not, it's ink! What fun!!!
