Amaco wants to sponsor the contest. Did we have a moment's doubt? But they suggested I ask my readers what the prize should be. So post your thoughts here.
Surgery has been scheduled for Thursday March 11. He has to be there at 5:30 am. Yikes!!! We are happy with the surgeon and his entire staff. So it was a good day today.
Since the contest ends on 3/15, we'll still leave it at that. I will be printing out all the photos and take them to him - he should be out of ICU by the 16th and he can pick the winner then. Since he probably shouldn't laugh all that hard....we'll just let him decide which one he likes the best.
And here's my thoughts on prayer. I have already prayed and turned Kerry completely over to Jehovah. And I am leaving him in His hands. I have prayed that Jehovah's will be done. So, whatever the outcome of the surgery, it will be ok. On the day of surgery, I will be praying for the surgeon, for his team, and once again for Jehovah's will to be done. Because HE said, if you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain, move, and it will move.
Pray that my faith remains strong throughout this journey. Pray that Kerry's spirits stay uplifted as he walks forward down this path.
We are so incredibly thankful to our family and our friends (both here and far away) who have simply smothered us with love and support these past few days. It is comforting to know that all of you are here as we take the next steps together.
Praise Jehovah!
