Have I really not blogged since May 10th????? Oh my! So here's my update. We have moved to Canon City Co. Bought a house 2 blocks from mom. Doing a giant puzzle of trying to fit 3700 sf into 1150 sq ft. Not working so good!!! Have to level the back yard to install a new garden shed we got on Craigslist. Then I will convert an 8 x 12 tuff shed into a creative cottage, add a porch, and figure out what to call it. Then put a back door and deck and wheelchair ramp from the house to the cottage I inherited a wonderful flower garden and pergola which I have been working on. Have the water feature installed and running, so we are living outside more than inside at the moment. The day we moved in, my sister, Colleen, got a contract on her house. So I have been making the 3 1/2 hour drive every week to help her pack. We stay 2-3 days at a time...and I wonder why it's taking me so long to unpack? Kerry is very good at reminding me I have the rest of my life to unpack, and the sooner she gets moved to Canon City, the sooner we can play. I think he just wants me out of the house!!! LOLOL!!! I promise photos soon. I'll do a bit more on organization ( you need to see my tiny studio in this house) and then back to experimenting and playing. Hope you are having a great summer! How hot is it where you live? Running in the low 80s most days in Canon, but every now and then it will hit 90. I'm adjusting to life with a swamp collet.....wondering why it's called "swamp" with all that heat!!
